Kiteloop

Privacy policy

Last updated: 16 October 2026. This covers the kiteloop.app website and early-access list.

What we collect

When you ask for early access we collect the details you type in: your email, and, if you choose to give them, your name, your school's name, your country and a short message. We also keep a scrambled (hashed) version of your network address for a short time to stop abuse. We never store the address itself.

Why we use it

Only to answer your request and to contact you about Kiteloop, for example to tell you when your spot opens. We don't sell your details and we don't use them for advertising.

Who handles it for us

We use a few providers to run the site: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Resend (email) and Cloudflare (a check that you are not a robot). They process your details only on our instructions.

How long we keep it

We keep early-access requests until you become a customer or ask us to delete them, and in any case no longer than 24 months.

Cookies

The website itself uses no tracking or advertising cookies. If you log in to the Kiteloop app we use the cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to us using them, at any time. Use the early-access form on the home page and say what you need, and we will respond. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

Customers of a school

If you book a lesson or rental with a school that uses Kiteloop, that school decides how your booking details are used. Kiteloop handles them on the school's behalf. Ask the school about their own privacy policy.
